Unbroken is an Icelandic fitness supplement featuring a unique marine protein (hydrolyzed salmon) that supports energy, hydration, immunity, and faster muscle recovery to bring the body back into “balance.” Already recognized in the European CrossFit community, the brand aimed to reach a wider audience, beyond elite athletes, to anyone committed to performance or rehabilitation. They needed an updated brand platform, messaging framework, visual identity, product photography, and refreshed packaging for their U.S. launch.

To appeal to this broader audience, the visual system blends lifestyle imagery with a scientific touch, educating consumers on the benefits of amino acids for recovery.

The new mark represents the product’s molecular function, where hydrolyzed proteins break down faster than standard protein powders. This scientific language informed the entire system, from dynamic patterns and icons to documentary-style photography.

The science matters, but it needs to be usable in everyday life, fish and all.
