Miko is a STEM robot toy with a quirky personality that educates and fosters lasting friendships with kids. It responds to a child’s world, encouraging creative, individualized interactions while building confidence and a sense of companionship. Although already popular in India, Miko needed a refreshed visual system and campaign in preparation for its first U.S. product launch.

Leading the visual identity, messaging, and campaign art direction helped increase brand recognition, contributing to a 4-star online rating and partnerships with retailers such as FAO Schwarz.

Personal quote here…

Colorful abstract shapes including circles, squares, triangles, and irregular forms on a light blue background.

The brand brings Miko’s playful personality to life with shape graphics inspired by its rounded form and everyday objects, used alongside photography to create collages that celebrate growth and childhood play.

A collection of presentation slides and images related to Miko, a robot for kids. The slides include a test with a photo of children and a smiling woman, a colorful chart, a text section about Miko's personality, a character design comparison, and a welcome message with the text "Say hello to Miko." On the blue slide, there is an illustration of Miko with a smiling face.

Miko was created as a relatable, quirky character: smart, curious, and a little goofy, appealing to both kids and parents. That personality came to life in a campaign capturing real moments between kids and parents, showing the robot’s fun and helpful side in 30- and 60-second theater spots.

Connection can start with something simple, like a game of hide-and-seek.
